- Registration: Will be at Start/Finish area from 07:00am
- Riders will ride with season numbers - registered riders that have not collected yet, can collect. NB - Please ensure you have registered for the series already: Form Link (Order now closed)
- New riders without a season number will ride with loan numbers that have to be returned after the event.
- Practice Time: From 07:00am - 08:00am (Riders only allowed on course with Bib Numbers attached)

- Parking at designated marked area.
- Tech Zones will be marked and gazebos to be set up in the demarcated area
- Podium Prizes and Photos will be taken after each Batch finish for:
